Citi believes that educating the next generation is one of the best ways to contribute to China's future. In order to accelerate the development of China's financial information technology, and to meet our own rapid growth needs, Citi Financial IT Education Fund Program was established in April 2004.

As a specialize esducation fund program to encourage the cultivation of financial IT talents, Citi Financial IT Education Fund Program covers  over 40 universities and colleges nationwide including many 985, 2011 key ones, involving various majors as Software Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Management, or Language professional etc. Through the operation the Program, Citi hopes to find out cooperative solutions between industries and academia by joint efforts with education experts and celebrities, which will lead the development of Chinese education and social progress, and cultivate more excellent cross-major talents.
