Welcome to Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Limited (CSTC). Established in 2002, CSTC is a wholly-owned legal vehicle of Citigroup. At present, our offices are located in three strategic cities in China - Shanghai, Guangzhou and Dalian.

To comply with Citi’s mission - “Serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress”, as one of Citi Operations and Technology global sites, CSTC is dedicated to provide Financial IT services (software development, testing and support) and Financial Operation services for Citi global businesses (esp. Investment Banking and Consumer Banking businesses) around over 20 countries and regions worldwide (esp. those global financial centers, including New York Wall Street, City of London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, etc. )

In China, as one of the first batch of premier off-shore Financial IT and Financial Operation service providers, CSTC has already played a leading role in the industry. Meanwhile, as a member of local community, CSTC continuously contributes and gives back to the community through annual CSR programs, including “Citi Global Community Day” (GCD) and “Citi Financial Innovation Application Competition” (Citi Cup) etc.
