Use the Service Centre to change your 6-figure security code (required when calling CitiPhone or your Relationship Manager).
Click SECURITY CODE CHANGE in the sidebar.
Enter your new security code twice.
You’ll receive a One Time Password by text message. Type this into the box and click CONTINUE.
Your code has been changed. Remember to use this one next time you call us!
