We appreciate your feedback on improvements to our web site - and where we could do better. We have already made some improvements to the site design and features and this will continue to be a focus for us in the coming months. Providing reliable access to your account information is a top priority. Sometimes when it takes a page a longer time to load, it is due to measures we have put in place to stop unauthorized traffic to the website and maintain access for customers. In the future, you can expect to see more improvements with the streamlined design and pages loading more quickly. We will complete a refresh of our website by the end of 2013 with the intention of providing a better experience for you based on your feedback.

We are working hard to deliver a summary that will exceed your expectations with the ability to filter and chart your expenses. We will improve and let you know when you can expect to see this new Citi Card Annual Account summary.
