Transition Planning for Asset Managers

Back in October 2021, the UK Government announced, at COP26, its intention “to become the world’s first net-zero aligned financial centre and announced that it would launch the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT), with the mission of producing a gold standard Disclosure Framework for transition plans.”

On 9 April 2024, the TPT launched its final set of transition plan resources which amongst other documents, included sector-specific transition plan guidance for asset managers and asset owners, amongst other sectors.
