Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves clients in more than 180 countries and jurisdictions.&nbsp;Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Nadir Darrah was named Citi Chief Auditor in March 2022 and has over 25 years of audit experience. He is responsible for the Internal Audit function, providing audit assurance on governance, risk management and the control environment across Citi. His current focus is to ensure the Internal Audit function is a value-driven, efficient and effective function that helps promote the control excellence agenda at Citi.
Nadir was previously the Chief Auditor of Citibank, N.A. Data and Transformation. Nadir first joined Citi in 2015 and has held several senior leadership roles including Regional Chief Auditor for Asia Pacific and Chief Auditor for the global consumer businesses. During his tenure at Citi, he has led strategic initiatives across Internal Audit and the organization, managed regulatory relationships and focused on a forward-looking approach.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Prior to Citi, Nadir spent several years working at Barclays, GMAC, Kinnevik Group in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He trained as an Accountant in Pakistan with A.F. Ferguson and Co. (an affiliate of PwC).

Sunil Garg is CEO of Citibank, N.A., which is Citi&rsquo;s primary banking entity with branches and subsidiaries in 95 countries and territories. Citibank, N.A. accounts for 75 percent of Citigroup&rsquo;s total assets. He is also Head of Citi&rsquo;s North America activities, overseeing the United States and Canada markets. He is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Sunil joined Citi in May 1988 as a Management Associate in India and has worked in India, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States during his tenure. He has worked in several roles across Citi, notably in Operations &amp; Technology; Treasury &amp; Trade Solutions; Corporate and Investment Banking; and Commercial Banking. Sunil was also a member of Citi&rsquo;s Global Consumer Banking and the Institutional Client Group&lsquo;s management committees for several years during his tenure. David Livingstone was named Citi&rsquo;s Chief Client Officer in September 2023. In this capacity, David is responsible for driving the delivery of Citi&rsquo;s coverage and capabilities to clients and enhancing the client experience globally. David is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team, which he joined in 2019.
Previously, David served for almost five years as Chief Executive Officer of Citi&rsquo;s activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses, operating in over 100 countries in the region, including expanding the Commercial Bank. He also helped Citi to navigate the pandemic in its largest region and led the firm&rsquo;s response globally to the war in Ukraine and the resulting sanctions against Russia. From 2016 to 2019, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand and a member of Citi&rsquo;s Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.
David joined Citi in 2016 from Credit Suisse AG, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division and Head of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for the EMEA region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia from 2010 to 2013. David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was Head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Brent McIntosh is Citi's Chief Legal Officer &amp; Corporate Secretary. Brent leads Citi's Global Legal Affairs &amp; Compliance organization, which includes the Legal Department, Independent Compliance Risk Management, Citi Security and Investigative Services and Citi's Regulatory Strategy and Policy function. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Brent served as Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 2019 to 2021. He led the Treasury Department’s engagement in the G7 and G20, represented the United States on the Financial Stability Board, and managed U.S. participation at the IMF and World Bank. He oversaw Treasury’s international economic and financial policy work, including significant engagements on investment security and regulation of digital currencies. During 2020, he coordinated initiatives to alleviate the COVID-19 pandemic’s economic consequences.From 2017 to 2019, Brent served as Treasury’s General Counsel, leading the department’s approximately 2,000 lawyers and spearheading its regulatory reform efforts. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, Margo Pilic works with Citi's leadership team, the Board of Directors, clients, regulators, investors and external partners to support the delivery of Citi's strategic priorities.
Margo joined Citi in 2004. Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, Margo was the Finance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) in Latin America. Previously, Margo had several senior roles in the Foreign Exchange business, focused on electronic client solutions. Before joining FX, she worked in the Corporate Center in Reengineering and as the Chief of Staff for Citi's former Chief Operating Officer, as well as in ICG Strategy.
Margo started her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin &amp; Jenrette and then at Credit Suisse.

Margo Pilic

Anand Selvakesari is Citi&rsquo;s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for leading Citi&rsquo;s enterprise-wide Transformation effort to strengthen the firm&rsquo;s risk and controls and data, modernize infrastructure and simplify Citi&rsquo;s operating model, enabling the execution of Citi&rsquo;s strategic priorities. As Chief Operating Officer, he also leads Citi&rsquo;s operations functions to ensure that critical firm processes operate efficiently. Anand is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Previously, Anand served as CEO of Citi&rsquo;s Personal Banking and Wealth Management franchise, which encompassed the two market-leading credit cards businesses and the retail bank in the U.S., and the global wealth management business. In this role, Anand led the delivery of a single, seamless client experience across its consumer businesses and helped establish an integrated wealth management platform to serve the entire continuum of wealth clients. From 2019 to 2020, Anand served as the Head of the U.S. Consumer Bank, leading the digital transformation and drove significant growth in cards, deposits, loans, mobile users and Citigold clients. From 2015 to 2018, Anand was Head of Consumer Banking for Asia Pacific, with responsibility for consumer and commercial banking across 17 markets in Asia and EMEA. He led the transformation of the business to be client-centric and digital-led while delivering strong growth during that period.
Anand also held a number of regional and country roles, including Head of Consumer Banking for ASEAN and India, leading consumer banking in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as India. In 2011, he became the Head of Consumer Banking in India, where he transformed and restructured the business and re-defined consumer banking in the country. From 2008 to 2011, Anand served as Head of Consumer Banking in China. He served as Head of Retail Banking in Taiwan from 2004 to 2006 and spent eight years in in Singapore, where he held various regional roles in investments, wealth management and retail banking.
Anand began his career with Citi in India in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing.

Edward Skyler joined Citi in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services &amp; Public Affairs. A member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team reporting to the CEO, Edward has responsibility for managing several global operations, including Aviation, Colleague &amp; Client Services and Citi&rsquo;s real estate portfolio, as well as functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing &amp; Development and Citi&rsquo;s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). He chairs Citi&rsquo;s Reputation Risk Committee and the Board of the Citi Foundation. He also shares oversight of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Citi, Edward served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. He oversaw four consecutive balanced and on-time City budgets; negotiated legislation to reform lobbying and "pay-to-play" practices; and spearheaded critical initiatives such as the overhaul of the City's 911 system and its sustainability agenda.
Previously, Edward served as Press Secretary and Communications Director during Mayor Bloomberg's first term. Prior to joining the Bloomberg Administration, he worked in the Corporate Communications group of Bloomberg LP. He also served as Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and Public Information Director at the Department of Parks &amp; Recreation.
Edward has stayed involved in civic life and served as Chairman of the Citizens Budget Commission. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the New York Police &amp; Fire Widows' &amp; Children's Benefit Fund and is a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media and the Hospital for Special Surgery.&nbsp;He has been honored by several organizations, including Global Kids, Graham Windham and the YMCA of Greater New York.

Ernesto Torres Cantú was appointed Citi’s Head of International in September 2023. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Ernesto drives the delivery of the full firm in over 150 International markets outside North America where Citi does business, to be the preeminent global partner for clients with cross-border needs and a global leader in wealth management. Ernesto is responsible for delivering excellence in risk and controls and has oversight of all legal entities across Citi’s International markets. In his role, Ernesto works in close partnership with all of Citi’s businesses and functions. &nbsp;Ernesto joined Citi as a corporate banker and has a 35-year career at the firm spanning a number of leadership roles. Most recently, Ernesto served for nearly four years as CEO of Citi Latin America. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses in Latin America and increased Citi’s leadership in the institutional business while maintaining a robust risk and control environment. From 2014 to 2019, Ernesto was CEO of Citibanamex and from 2012 to 2014, CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking.Ernesto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Atlanta. Ernesto Torres Cantú 

Zdenek Turek was named Citi&rsquo;s Chief Risk Officer in February 2021. He leads the global Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi&rsquo;s risk governance framework and risk appetite, and ensures all risks generated by the firm&rsquo;s businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. He is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to being named Interim Chief Risk Officer for Citi in December 2020, Zdenek served as EMEA Chief Risk Officer and was a member of the EMEA Operating Committee. Previously, Zdenek was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Europe Plc, which includes 22 countries across the region, as well as Europe Cluster Head. Prior to that, he served as Western Europe Cluster Head and, subsequently, EMEA Corporate Banking Head.
Zdenek joined Citi in 1991 and held a number of banking and corporate finance management roles before serving as Citi Country Officer for Romania. In 2005, Zdenek was appointed Citi Country Officer for South Africa and Division Head for Africa. In 2008, he was named Citi Country Officer for Russia and served as CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, which included eight countries across the region.
Before joining Citi, Zdenek worked for the Central Bank of Czechoslovakia and A.I.C. Consulting. He graduated with a Master of Arts degree in finance and banking from University of Economics, Prague. His studies included the Advanced Management Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he received his degree from the Executive M.B.A. program at INSEAD in 2010.

Sara Wechter is Citi's Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the company’s overall talent strategy and key functions including recruiting, learning and development, talent management, total rewards and employee relations. She assumed this role in July 2018.Under Sara’s leadership, Citi has been recognized as an industry leader in workplace practices, from its early commitment to pay transparency to transitioning its 200,000-plus workforce to a hybrid work model.Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi CEO Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007 and worked on the sale of Smith Barney and the government investments during the financial crisis. Shahmir Khaliq is Citi&rsquo;s Head of Services, which includes the firm&rsquo;s Treasury &amp; Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services businesses and provides cash management, working capital solutions and post-trade securities services across Citi&rsquo;s global network. Andrew Morton is Head of Markets at Citi and is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team. He has been with Citi since 2008 and was previously head of the G10 Rates and Financing businesses and responsible for the markets quantitative analysis (MQA) function.
Prior to joining Citi, Andrew spent 15 years at Lehman Brothers during which he held several positions including European Head of Fixed Income and Global Head of Fixed Income.
Andrew began his career as an academic in mathematical finance. He is the co-author of the HJM interest rate model, a widely used framework for the valuation of interest rate derivatives. He earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from University of Waterloo in Canada and a PhD in Engineering from Cornell University.

Gonzalo Luchetti is the Head of U.S. Personal Banking, leading the delivery of a single, seamless client experience across retail banking, retail services and branded cards. Gonzalo guides the bank in its digital-first approach to serving more than 70 million clients, with a light physical branch network in six key markets and national scale in credit cards and lending. He is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to his current role, Gonzalo served as Head of the Consumer Bank in Asia and EMEA. In this role, he was responsible for all consumer banking activities, including deposits, wealth management, Bancassurance, small business, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages.
Previously, he served as the Head of the Asia Retail Bank, helping to lead a significant transformation of the business by calibrating its distribution network, driving the path to scale for select franchises and digitizing the business model. Before moving to Asia, he served in New York as the Global Head of Wealth Management and Insurance, leading Citigold, Citigold Private Client, Investment and Insurance product distribution globally, as well as the International Personal Bank.
Gonzalo joined Citi in 2006 as Head of Strategy for Citi Private Bank in Latin America. He expanded his responsibilities in 2007 when he also became the Chief Financial Officer for the business. Prior to joining Citi, Gonzalo worked for JPMorgan Chase and Bain &amp; Company.
Gonzalo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires.

Andy Sieg joined Citi in September 2023 as Head of Wealth. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Andy was previously the president of Merrill Wealth Management, where he oversaw a team of more than 25,000 people providing investment and wealth management services to individuals and businesses across the U.S. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1992, and previously held senior strategy, product and field leadership roles in the wealth management business.From 2005 to 2009, Andy served as a senior wealth management executive at Citi. He returned to Merrill Lynch in 2009 after the firm’s acquisition by Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Andy served in the White House as an aide to the assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy.Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. He serves on the Board of the Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris and as an Advisory Council Member for the Stanford Center on Longevity. Andy is also co-lead of the global Citi Women inclusion network.Andy and his wife, Heliane, and their three children reside in Greenwich, CT.

Viswas "Vis" Raghavan is the Head of Banking and Executive Vice Chair at Citi. As Head of Banking, he oversees the firm’s corporate, commercial and investment banking activities, and partners with Citi’s international franchises to drive global delivery of the firm’s resources across nearly 100 markets. In his role as Executive Vice Chair, Vis helps shape and drive Citi’s firm-wide strategy, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of Citi Foundation.Prior to joining Citi, Vis was Head of Global Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, after previously having served as Co-Head of Global Investment and Corporate Banking since 2020. In addition to his global Banking responsibilities, he was also Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2017, working with the bank's senior country officers and business heads to deliver for clients across all lines of business in the region. He first joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 and has held senior roles in Debt and Equity Capital Markets globally.Vis grew up in India and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Bombay and holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Aston University in Birmingham, U.K., from where he also received an honorary doctorate in 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Tim Ryan joined Citi in June 2024 as Head of Technology and Business Enablement and is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team. In this role, he is responsible for leading both our Technology and Legacy Franchise teams. Tim works closely with Citi's Transformation and Operations teams to drive cross-firm process simplification and modernization.With over 30 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry, Tim has served clients both in the U.S. and internationally. He is adept at leading large-scale transformation, evolving organizational culture, and bringing workforce and business operations into the digital age across the front, middle and back office.Before joining Citi, Tim served as Chair and Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing the firm’s strategy and execution, as well as the activities of PwC’s 75,000 people. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman, where his responsibilities included strategy, investor relations, regulatory affairs, public policy, corporate responsibility, marketing and sales, and human capital.He serves on the Board of The Brookings Institute and also served for five years as a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation where he co-chaired the Standards Oversight Committee.Tim is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and New York and graduated from Babson College with a focus on accounting and communications. He is the proud father of six children and is passionate about spending time with his kids, hockey, running and reading.
