William Huang is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation, where he manages grant investments within our Global Innovation Challenge and Community Finance initiatives. Prior to joining the Foundation, William was on the Government Innovation team at Bloomberg Philanthropies, where he worked to expand local governments’ data and leadership capacities to enable city leaders to creatively tackle their most urgent challenges. William’s professional background includes non-profit fundraising, supportive and affordable housing, and community development.
William holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Tufts University in International Relations. He is an alumnus of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, the NYU Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service, and Prep for Prep.
