Stephen Randall

Stephen is the Global Head of Liquidity Management Services and Core Accounts for Citi Services. Based in London, Stephen is responsible for the portfolio of liquidity management products and services across Treasury and Trade Solutions and Securities Services, including liquidity pooling capabilities, operating accounts, investment products, client rate enhancements, treasury insight tools and overall management of client deposit balances. He also manages the in-business balance sheet for Services to ensure the right mix and allocation of resources across the franchise.

Stephen has been with Citi for 28 years and first joined the firm in its Finance division, where he held a number of roles before moving to Treasury in 2005. In 2012, he became the Head of Global Liquidity Oversight and Analytics with the responsibility of overseeing, forecasting and reporting Citi’s liquidity position. In 2015, he became the Europe, Middle East and Africa Treasurer, and in 2017, the International Treasurer responsible for managing the balance sheet, liquidity and capital across the International franchise. In this role, he also oversaw country-level treasurers and regional governance through asset and liability committees.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s in economics and accountancy from Southampton University and is also a Chartered Accountant.
