Jenn Landis

Jenn Landis has served as Citi's Head of Investor Relations since August 2021. As the Head of IR, Jenn is responsible for developing strategies and leading our engagement with Citi’s investor community, financial analysts and rating agencies, making sure Citi’s priorities and progress are well understood.

Jenn oversees the quarterly earnings process and produces Citi Investor Day, enhancing external financial analytics and data to drive a better understanding of Citi’s financial trajectory. She has also implemented a robust shareholder analysis to optimize investor engagement efforts. Her proactive stakeholder engagement is vital as Citi undergoes a significant transformation, focusing on strategic initiatives to simplify, modernize and drive shareholder value.

Prior to joining Citi, Jenn spent over 20 years at J.P. Morgan Chase, where she held key leadership roles, including CFO for Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries, Head of Firmwide Planning and Analysis, and Head of Digital & FinTech Partnerships for Consumer and Community Banking. She also served as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group for over eight years.

Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, economics and government from American University. She is married and has two children.
