Esther Lee

Esther Lee is a Grants Management Associate, responsible for system management and grants administration. Prior to this role, Esther was an Associate on the Charitable Contributions Governance team, where she assisted in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of the governance workflow for processing charitable contributions. Prior to joining Citi, Esther worked at the American Jewish World Service as a Program Associate in the Strategic Learning, Research and Evaluation division. She has seven years of experience in program management, evaluation and monitoring, and data analysis. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar, teaching English and environmental education. Esther holds a B.A. in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University.
