David Meehan

David Meehan is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation managing key partnerships across our portfolios, including grant relationships within our Community Progress Makers initiative. Prior to joining the Foundation, David worked at New York University’s Institute of Human Development and Social Change and The Thomas & Jeanne Elmezzi Private Foundation. At NYU, David supported the management of the Institute grant portfolio, specifically focusing on federal, private, and foreign funder agreements, as well as domestic and foreign subcontracts. During his time at The Elmezzi Foundation, David assisted in program management for the Foundation’s grantee portfolio.

David holds a BA in Environmental Sociology from Hampshire College.
