Arti works on investments supporting sourcing, deal due diligence and portfolio monitoring efforts. Prior to joining the Citi Impact Fund, Arti spent four and a half years at the Singapore office of Bamboo Capital Partners, a Swiss-based private equity/venture capital impact investing firm investing in emerging markets. She was based in Singapore, as an Investment Manager, executing deals in South and Southeast Asia and Africa across sectors such as tech for impact, renewable energy, health care, and financial inclusion. Before that, Arti worked for Omidyar Network in their DC office, supporting the impact investing and financial inclusion vertical. Previously, she worked at the Development Bank of Singapore (DBS Bank Group) in their wealth management division. Arti has a MA in International Development and Finance from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC and a BSc in Economics (Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
