Anthony Vargas

Anthony is legal counsel to the fund. He focuses on providing venture capital legal advice to the fund,  negotiating, and drafting all of the financing documents to consummate the fund’s investments. Prior to Citi, Anthony was general counsel to mid and large companies, most recently at Action Environmental.  Previously, Anthony spent nearly a decade as a corporate attorney at AMLAW 100 law firms, where he represented private equity investors, large financial institutions, and technology companies. Anthony obtained his JD from New York Law School, where he also serves as an adjunct law professor, and a BS from the University at Albany – SUNY.
