Citibank Client Complaint Submission Procedure

<a href="https://www.bi.go.id/id/publikasi/ruang-media/news-release/Pages/sp_2620824.aspx">Bank Indonesia</a> has&nbsp;announced&nbsp;the cessation of JIBOR and its plan to transition to IndONIA.To facilitate this transition, market participants are required to discontinue the use of JIBOR as reference rate for new loans and derivatives contracts, with the following deadlines:<ol style="padding-left:48px;"><li>Effective January 1, 2025, the&nbsp;use of overnight (ON) up to 1-week JIBOR has been prohibited.</li><li>Effective April 1, 2025, the use of 1-month up to 3-month JIBOR will be prohibited;</li><li>Effective June 1, 2025, the&nbsp;use of 6-month up to 12-month JIBOR will be prohibited.</li></ol>Citi’s Approach&nbsp;Following these deadlines, Citi will adopt IndONIA as the industry-standard reference rate alternative to JIBOR for new contracts, where appropriate.&nbsp;For existing loans and derivatives exposures to JIBOR, Citi’s preferred approach is to bilaterally remediate or actively convert JIBOR references to IndONIA.
