Today’s Vision, Tomorrow’s Reality:
Sharing Citi Solutions, Expertise and Best Practices
Citi is looking forward to working with our government clients at the 12th Annual GSA SmartPay® Training Conference in Atlanta on August 10-12. In support of this year’s theme, "Today’s Vision, Tomorrow’s Reality," Citi’s planned sessions will cover the latest industry trends, technologies and tools, while our hands-on training will help increase your skills and expertise in using Citi’s innovative solutions.
Citi is committed to helping our clients achieve their program and performance objectives. We provide the tools, support and training you need to manage your card program easily, efficiently, and to your agency’s best advantage. Every year at the GSA SmartPay® Conference, Citi provides an interactive environment, access to industry experts and a wealth of information on Citi’s solutions and best practices–offering attendees an excellent opportunity to learn, share and network.
To help you prioritize your training needs, Citi is offering three different navigating sessions, with each session tailored to the unique needs of the Department of Defense Travel program, the Department of the Navy, and the (non DoD) Federal Agencies. This year, Citi’s training program includes 90 general lecture sessions and more hands-on training than ever before in 70 sessions that cover CitiManager, Beginning and Advanced Account Management, Beginning and Advanced Reporting, Program Dashboard, Program Audit Tool, and much more.
Training schedules are customized according to tracks (a track is a set of courses structured for an A/OPC’s agency or a group of agencies with a common core policy) to provide a customized learning experience tailored to a Program Coordinator’s needs. This streamlined scheduling will make it easier for attendees to select a more direct training path, yet still include the electives they want. To plan your sessions, visit www.citimanager.com/smartpay. In the weeks prior to the conference, you will have access to the conference schedules.
Whatever your level of experience, you will find courses that expand your knowledge and enhance your skills. We look forward to seeing you in Atlanta, and hope you find the conference a rewarding experience.
Attendees must bring a valid, active user ID and password with them to access Citi applications while at the SmartPay Conference.
Citi’s Green Initiatives
As part of our effort to achieve ‘greener’ processes, Citi is taking steps to use less paper:
- We’re offering customers online statements as an alternative to paper statements
- For the 2010 GSA SmartPay Conference in Atlanta GA:
- Schedules will be available online prior to the conference, with fewer schedules printed and distributed on site for less waste
- Last year’s Q-cards will be this year’s electronic "Ask Citi" link on conference computers, where attendees can submit questions not covered in class
- Our Citi tote bags will be produced from recycled materials
Citi is committed to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Plant for the Planet: Billion Tree Campaign. To date, Citi has funded the planting of over 13,300 saplings, and with your help, we hope to do more. For information on the UNEP's Billion Tree Campaign, visit www.unep.org/billiontreecampaign.
