Citi Pilots New Self-Service Training System for November Launch
Citi is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Citi Commercial Cards Learning and
System Support (CLASS), Program Coordinators can use the CLASS system to manage
their training needs – register for webinar training or instructor-led classroom training in
our Norfolk, VA, or Washington, DC, facilities, or to access a variety of training material,
including Computer Based Training, User Guides, and Quick Tip Guides. Once you have
completed any given session, you will be able to print out a diploma to certify that you
have completed the course.
The CLASS system houses Citi Commercial Cards training for the following topics:
- Landing Page
- Card Statements and Payments
- CitiDirect Card Management System (CCMS)
- Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS)
- Program Dashboards
