Technology Tips for Best Practices

These five essential how-to tips will help you save time and get the most benefit from using Landing Page features and tools.

  • Self-registration: Access the Landing Page at home.cards.citidirect.com/CommercialCard/Cards.html, and click on Self-Registration for cardholders. Cardholders should have a copy of their paper statement in hand so they can enter their information into the system as it appears on the paper statement.
  • Reset your passwords and/or User IDs: Go to home.cards.citidirect.com/CommercialCard/Cards.html, and click Forgot password? or Forgot username?.
  • Reconcile charges online: Once registered, cardholders can log on, click on Applications, then Card Statements and Payments, then Statement (or, to view transactions yet to statement, click on Unbilled Transactions).
  • Access reporting tools: Standard reports are available via CCRS. From Shared Reports, click Organizational Shared Folders for a list.
  • Make payments online: After logging on to the Landing Page, click Applications, then Card Statements and Payments. From the left side, click Make Payment, then Maintain Payment Accounts. After the checking account information has been added, click Make Payment again. Enter the payment amount and click Pay.
