Conference Report: Over 3,100 Citi Clients Attend the GSA SmartPay® Training Conference in Phoenix

Titled "Success is in the Cards: A Decade of Achievement," the 11th Annual SmartPay Training Conference was held July 28-30 in Phoenix, AZ. Over 5,200 U.S. Government Agency Program Coordinators (APCs) attended. Citi was proud to participate, providing a mix of classes, lectures, panel discussions and more hands-on training than ever before. During the three-day conference, Citi offered 160 sessions in a unique training structure with agency-customized presentations.
Our clients made the most of the opportunity to
enhance their skills, share best practices and network
with peers. Comprising 60% of conference registrants,
3,139 Citi clients participated in 47 classes, including 18
hands-on computer classes.
Citi offered a wide range of training sessions, including:
- One-on-one labs
- Technology mini-sessions
- Pre-conference training
- Navigating sessions
- General sessions/lectures
- Hands-on training
Track Course Structure: Curriculum by Component
Citi's agency-designated tracks and scheduling provided targeted curriculum and individual attention.
- Attendees followed schedules specific to their agency
- Curriculum was alternated in terms of course and location for seating efficiency
- Agency-specific content provided personalized experience
- Class flow was alternated between lecture and hands-on to maximize client experience
Looking Ahead to 2010
Citi would like to thank our clients for attending the conference, and for providing important
