Dedicated Support: Our CAS Managers Are on Your Team

Based at the dedicated Department of Defense Travel Card Customer Service site in Norfolk, Virginia, our Client Account Services (CAS) Managers provide the day-to-day, primary support for DoD Travel Card program clients, and are the single point of contact for APCs. In providing dedicated support, our CAS Managers develop a deeper understanding of our clients' strategic and daily concerns, and can deliver a more personalized and effective level of service.

Some of our CAS Managers will be on hand in Phoenix to provide support, answer questions, and listen to your feedback on Citi's card programs, customer service, and program tools. We look forward to meeting with you!

	Tammara Britt-Camero is the alternate dedicated representative for the Army, Navy and Marines. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the SmartPay 2 program, having had over 10 years’ experience with the DOD Travel Card program. During the SmartPay 1 program, Tammara served in various roles and attended GSA conferences. She joined the Citi team in 2008 and played an integral role in the launch of SmartPay 2.
	Deanne Burbee is the manager of the Client Account Servicing Unit for Commercial Card Services in Norfolk, supporting the Department of Defense Travel Card Program. She has over 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Deanne joined the Citi team from Bank of America where she was the Operations Risk Manager for collections, recovery and risk operations.
	Cynthia Burrus is the Client Agency Specialist who supports all Independent Agencies. She joined the Citi team in 2008, bringing over 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Card industry. She has been key in ensuring her teammates are knowledgeable about the needs of independent agencies.
	Jeanne Heckman manages the dedicated team for the DoD Travel Card Program. She joined the Citi team in 2008, and brings 11 years’ experience in the Commercial Cards industry to her role as CAS Section Manager. During the last days of the transition to SmartPay 2, Jeanne refined processes to ensure quality customer service.
	Melanie Kirkpatrick provides dedicated support to CPMs and level 3 APCs for the Marine Corps. Melanie has nine yearss’ experience in the Commercial Card industry, and she supported the DOD Travel Card program during SmartPay 1. She joined the Citi team in 2008 and was instrumental in helping launch the DOD Travel Card operation in Norfolk.
	Tiffiney Launhardt is the dedicated representative supporting the Army. She has over 11 years’ experience with the DOD Travel Card program, serving it through SmartPay 1 and 2. She has worked within many different units for Government Cards, giving her full knowledge of operational and policy aspects of the business. She joined the Citi team in 2008 and began assisting with the development of processes and procedures.
	Sherelle Ogden provides dedicated support to the Navy. She has more than nine years’ experience in the Commercial Card industry and supported the DOD Travel Card program during SmartPay 1. She joined the Citi team in 2008 and has consistently worked to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
	Bianca Seymore provides dedicated service as a backup to the Air Force and Independent CPMs. Bianca has over 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Card industry. She has supported the DOD Travel Card program and the Department of the Interior, with whom she worked very closely during SmartPay 1. She joined the Citi team in 2008 as a Client Servicing Officer in the SmartPay 2 program.
	Joseph Thomas provides dedicated support to Air Force CPMs and third level coordinators. Joseph supported the Department of Defense Travel Card program for seven years during SmartPay 1. Since joining the Citi team in 2008, he has been an invaluable asset in maintaining a successful client relationship with the Department of the Air Force. Joseph is also a four-year veteran of the United States Air Force.
