* Presentation allows for combining those entities listed. The Document Transmittal Form must accompany each entity. i.e. JAG, Canada presentation will have 2 Document Transmittal Forms, 1 for JAG, 1 for Canada.
Indicate that they are combined on the Form.
** Irregularity Fee is reduced for the 2nd and 3rd entity in a combination.
Note: Any presentations containing more than 15 invoices will be charged a new presentation fee. Combination Presentations with more than 10 Pos/Invoice will be charged a new presentation fee.
A Document Transmittal Form for any Combination Presentation must state that it is a combination and list the entities in the presentation in order to be given the appropriate presentation fee.
