A single telephone number in each country allows Corporate Cardholders and Program Administrators to quickly action and resolve all questions related to the use of our Citi Commercial Cards. Our dedicated team of servicing professionals will assist with queries related, but not limited, to:

  • credit availability
  • balance, statement and payment enquiries
  • point-of-sale decline
  • password and PIN reset
  • card reissuance
  • lost or damaged card replacement
