Citigroup Appoints Duncan Pavey as Vice President of Sales For Structured Finance

September 19, 2003, New York – Citigroup® Global Transaction Services announced today it has appointed Duncan Pavey as Vice President of Structured Finance Sales in the its Agency and Trust business. Pavey joins Citigroup with extensive experience in both asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities sales.

For the last two years Pave y has served as Vice President in the Investment Management Banking division of The Bank of New York, working with the asset management community. From 1993 to 2001, he served as Vice President in Corporate Trust for Deutsche Bank, focused on structured finance sales. Prior to that he spent four years in Global Custody at J.P. Morgan Chase.
