Earns Highest Service Quality Ratings Across Europe

2 September 2003, New York - Citigroup Global Transaction Services announced it has been recognized as the highest quality settlement bank across Europe for fixed-income and equity instruments, according to the 2003 Global Investor European Clearing Survey.

Citigroup also ranked best bank for protecting client interests during market turmoil and for providing financing and financing alternatives to clients.
