Andy Sieg

Andy Sieg is the Head of Wealth at Citi. He oversees a team of nearly 19,000 colleagues and approximately $1.4 trillion in total client balances globally*, spanning Citi Private Bank, the U.S. Retail Bank and Citigold, and Wealth at Work. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and co-lead of the global Citi Women inclusion network.

Prior to joining Citi in September 2023, Andy served as President of Merrill Wealth Management. He first joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 and held a variety of senior strategy, product and field leadership positions across the wealth management business. From 2005 to 2009, Andy served as a senior wealth management executive at Citi, before returning to Merrill Lynch following the firm's acquisition by Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Andy served in the White House under President George H.W. Bush as an aide to the assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. He serves on the Board of the Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris and is currently leading Penn State University's capital campaign, supporting academic excellence, research and campus improvements.
