Produced by Francois Peyrot, this XO Cognac was aged a minimum of 25 years in Limousin Oak before bottling. It is from a single vineyard in the First Cru 'Grand Fine Champagne' producing region of Cognac. This is generally considered the area from which the finest Cognac's are made. It is unblended, and exhibits a marvelously complex bouquet, and a mellowness that comes from the extensive aging.
