Each participant’s experience begins with a one-month TLP Bootcamp designed to fully prepare participants for success so they can hit the ground running and make a real impact on the business immediately. A critical part of Bootcamp is the real-world case study. Participants will investigate the business problem, complete a cost analysis, develop a detailed functional and technical specification, design a solution, apply technical skills to develop the solution, implement testing, and finally, develop a plan to successfully implement and support the solution.
In addition to Bootcamp, a best-in-class training program is interlaced throughout the program. The curriculum has been developed especially for TLP participants. It combines classroom learning and online self-coaching modules to enhance the on-the-job experience.
