Q: Will rotations be in only one location or will we move?
A: There will be rotations available in our five main IT sites:
- Baltimore, MD
- Blue Ash, OH (Cincinnati Marketplace)
- Irving, TX (Dallas Marketplace)
- Jacksonville, FL
- O’Fallon, MO (St Louis Marketplace
You may move to different locations or stay in one site for each rotation depending on availability and position desired.
Q: Is relocation required?
A: TLP rotational assignments are available at our core GCT locations, and are determined based on business needs. If you do not currently live in the vicinity of one of the sites where rotational assignments are offered, relocation would be necessary. Once on program, however, relocation for future rotations becomes optional. You may choose to complete all of your rotations from one site or, if you elect to accept a rotation which requires working from a different site, relocation would again become necessary.
Q: Will relocation assistance be provided?
A: A competitive relocation package will be provided upon your start date. Should you choose to move another time throughout the 2-year program, relocation may be provided on an individual basis based on performance and business requirements.
Q: How will my performance be appraised?
A: Your performance will be appraised at mid and end of rotation. Your score will be derived from a combination of competency and project goals and, at year-end, your final score will be calculated to determine a potential bonus for you.
Q: What is the recruitment process?
A: First round interviews are generally held on campus or over the telephone. Second round interviews are most often held at a Citi site and are known as a “Superday.” Alternatively, second round interviews may be conducted outside of the “Superday” process.
Superday activities include:
- HR Interview
- Technology Manager Interview
- Individual Case Study
- Group Case Study
Q: Are there opportunities to travel in the TLP?
A: TLP’s often travel to a common Citi site for training before the start of each rotation. Additionally, travel opportunities are on an individual basis and based on business requirements.
